Priostar Nano Additives

Priostar^® Additives are products of Dendritic Nanotechnologies, Inc. (DNT) and are patent protected. Priostar Additives are new cost effective dendritic structures that have approximately six functional groups per molecule. Amine, Hydroxy, and Carboxylate surfaces are available. A Limited Research License is necessary to purchase and use Priostar^® Additives for application development. DNT is willing to grant a royalty free Limited Research License to companies for the purpose of evaluating Priostar^® Additives.

Acquiring a Research License

DNT may grant a Limited Research License to your company. To acquire a Limited Research License fill out the three part online application. After submission, DNT will review your application. If approved, DNT will send you a Limited Research License for Priostar^® Additives. The Limited Research License will become effective upon DNT's receipt of a signed copy of the Limited Research License declaration letter by an authorized agent of the company. The applicant is then permitted to purchase samples of Priostar^® Additives; either online or by telephone.

Research License Application
STEP 1. Intended field of use and utility

All submissions are treated as confidential information by DNT.

Indicate what type of commercial application area the Priostar^® Additives will be tested for (e.g., inks, cosmetics, coatings, etc.).
Indicate what the utility of the Priostar^® Additives (e.g., coating, dispersant, adhesive, etc.) may be.
Provide a technical description of the potential use of Priostar^® Additives in your application sufficiently detailed to permit DNT to determine whether your application area remains available for commercialization.

Step 2. Priostar^® Additives are not for use in Medical Applications.
All applicants must complete this section.

Priostar^® Additives are neither appropriate nor available for medical applications. If you have interest in medical applications, please contact DNT directly, as DNT has more appropriate Priostar^® materials available.

Please confirm that your application utilizing Priostar^® Additives would NOT involve any of the following:

(a) contacting Priostar^® Additives with the human body

(b) exposing Priostar^® Additives to bodily fluids

(d) implanting Priostar^® Additives into a living body

The intended use of Priostar^® Additives for which I am requesting a RESEARCH ROYALTY FREE LICENSE is NOT for an application involving temporary or permanent implantation in the human body or contact with bodily fluids, as defined by the categories (a-d) shown above.

Step 3. Submitting the Research License Application

I have read, understand and ACCEPT the above regarding the restricted sales of Priostar^® Additives, and the restricted availability of licenses. I further understand that I must request a separate written license to permit COMMERCIAL practice under one or more of the DNT patents, and the payment of royalties.
